Jam On It Basketball is in the House

Visit Salt Lake is proud to partner with Matt Williams and Jam On It to host a series of some of the largest youth basketball events under one roof in the Western United States. The Salt Lake Memorial Day Showdown kicked off in May, with the Big Mountain Jam and the Rocky Mountain Showcase both taking place this month. All together, Salt Lake will see more than a thousand teams visit over the three tournament dates.

Game Changer -
Mike Killpack

Youth and amateur sports in Utah are simply enormous and many of our local athletes play in AAU events and tournaments. It's impossible to find another person in the state of Utah that has done more for amateur sports than Mike Killpack with Utah AAU. Known by most as Killer, Mike has spent most of his career in and around AAU sports. His impact and legacy are wide spread and thousands of athletes both young and old have been impacted by him. He is a true champion and hero to Utah, and Visit Salt Lake could not be more proud to call him a partner and friend.
